Hello All,

We are hosting our end of season swim banquet this Tuesday, July 13th at 5:30 p.m.  The banquet will be held at the outdoor lap pool (weather permitting).  We will eat some great food, give out awards to our swimmers and go swimming! We will have some of our poolside chairs available, and some tables to eat at, but if you have and could possibly bring your own chairs for the event, that would be appreciated.  

Additionally, if you could RSVP for the event on swimtopia, that would be helpful as I am working on a back up plan in case we have inclement weather.  The event is open for RSVPs on swimtopia now.

I appreciate all of your flexibility as we have been scheduling events on the fly that are normally scheduled far in advance, in what has been an unusual season.

"Just want to give everyone a heads up about food for the banquet! We are mixing it up this year with food trucks! Bellissimo will be the food truck providing the main meal. It will be $10 for adults and $7 for kids. The options will be marinara or alfredo and pasta OR 4 cheese ravioli and a breadstick with each entree. In addition, Philly's Best Frozen Dessert will be there for dessert. The J is covering the cost of dessert for each swimmer. (Parents are on their own but welcome and encouraged to order as they wish!) There will also be a cooler there filled with water bottles and juice boxes for the kids. Should be a fun evening and let's help support local food trucks too!! Keep your fingers crossed for good weather as we are hoping to keep all the festivities outside this year! For those of you that are new to the team we let the kids swim after the banquet so bring your suits and towels!!"
